Hilary Anderson is originally from Montreal, where she obtained her Master’s degree in Gender and Development Studies from McGill University.  Since finishing her degree, she has been living in Washington DC and working with the Pan-American Health Organization’s Gender and Health Unit (formerly the Women, Health and Development Program). 

She is the Unit’s coordinator for gender training and mainstreaming, as well as information, education and communication activities.
