Bolivia launched its National Vaccination Campaign on April 3, 2005. Bolivian President Carlos Mesa Gisbert was present at the ceremony, in Santa Cruz de la Sierra. Below, some photos from the event, as well as a news story (in Spanish) published by "El Nuevo Día" the following Monday.
