Active ImageBelize City, 10 November 2010 - The Belize Country Office (CO) of the Pan American Health Organization/World Health Organization (PAHO/WHO) conducted a rapid, qualitative mid‐term review (MTR) of the Country Cooperation Strategy (CCS) 2008‐2011 during September, 2010. This review aimed to facilitate the development of the Biennial Work Plan (BWP) 2012‐2013 and contribute to the formulation of the Organization’s Program and Budget for 2012‐13.

The objectives of the review were to:

1. Determine the degree to which the CCS 2008‐2011 has been implemented, and PAHO/WHO’s contribution to the implementation of the National Health Agenda/Ministry of Health (MOH) Strategic Plan.

2. Provide updates to the situation analysis and the strategic agenda, make recommendations for revisions, and identify implications for the strategic agenda.
