Health Program of the Indigenous Peoples of the Americas - Action Plan 2005–2007
Based on the Health of the Indigenous Peoples Initiative experience, the “Health of the Indigenous Peoples of the Americas Program” was proposed as a new space to revise, expand, and consolidate the development of the health of the indigenous peoples of the Region. Newsletter for Indigenous People - Vol. 1, Ed. 1, June 2003: Healing our Spirit Worldwide
This edition - the first - of this bulletin is a joint effort of the participants who represented Latin America in the "IV Healing our Spirit Worldwide Global Conference." The objective of this quarterly publication is to create a network to share experiences that contribute to the well-being of the indigenous peoples of Abya Yala (name given by the Kuna people of Panama to all of the American Hemisphere) and of the rest of the world. It constitutes an invitation for the countries of the Region to disseminate their experiences toward the search for equity in a context of recognition and respect for the cultural diversity of all the peoples of the Americas. More »

Gender, Health and Development in the Americas- Basic Indicators 2005
The brochure profiles gender differences in health and development in the 48 states and territories in Latin America and the Caribbean, focusing on women's reproductive health, access to key health services, and major causes of death.
