WHO Director General and Regional Directors met in China in a Global Policy Group Retreat to discuss about WHO main policy issues.

Reflections on WHO ways of working, a WHO management strategy with focus on improving staff performance, the Global Management System - organization-wide plan, and WHO perspectives and positions in the main policy issues 2008 were the issues to discuss among others.
