ICRC and WHO replenished medicines reserves of hospitals in Gonaives
which had been looted. WHO/PAHO continue to distribute a health kit
for 10,000 people for two hospitals in Port au Prince. Medicines and
medical supplies are also on the way to a pediatric hospital in the
capital. |

SUMA trained personnel is already working in coordination with PROMESS,
UNICEF and Government representatives to gather information to facilitate
the distribution of medicines and medical supplies. |
