New Publications

Brazilian Epidemiology Journal

The Brazilian Journal of Epidemiology has as objective, to stimulate the scientific development of Epidemiology and to provide the elements in order to improvement of the quality of epidemiological practices in health services. Related as it is to the Abrasco - Associa__o Brasileira de Pós-Gradua__o em Saúde Coletiva, the Journal intends to maintain the double commitment to scientific development and to the transformation of practices.

As the target public are the research and professional personnel of the health area, it is hoped that the journal will be widely disseminated; thus articles will be published in Portuguese, Spanish, or English. The Journal is scheduled for publication at four-monthly intervals as from beginning of 1997, and the Editors invite to collaborate by sending articles to the Secretariat Office, The originals should be addressed to the Scientific Editor at the following address:
