Presents concise profiles of the health systems of 35 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean, which are updated on a triennial basis.

National Health Policies
Features official national health policies currently available defined by the national health authorities. As new official health policy documents become available, they are added to this section.



Health Sector Analyses
The Health Sector Analysis (HSA) of Bolivia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Guyana, Haiti, Nicaragua and Paraguay are presented, offering an outline of each country’s health situation as well as the performance of the health system.

Analysis Health Sector Reform

Includes Comparative Analyses of Health Sector Reforms in Latin America and the Caribbean based on the monitoring and evaluation segment of the Profiles of Health Systems and Services Profiles.

Essential Public Health Functions
