Malaria Champions 2011 Video Profiles

The Pan-American Health Organization (PAHO) has recognized the efforts against the malaria to the "Manejo integral de la malaria en un municipio de alto riesgo en el Departamento de Gracias a Dios" (Wampusirpi, Honduras); "Programa vigilancia comunitaria de la malaria mediante sitios centinela (Nicaragua) and the "Malaria Control Program of the State of Acre" (Brazil).

Malaria Champions of the Americas 2011: Announcement

As countries of the Americas work to decrease the burden of malaria in the Region, the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO), Pan American Health and Education Foundation (PAHEF) and the George Washington University Center for Global Health (CGH) seek to identify, celebrate, and provide avenues to emulate best practices and success stories in malaria prevention and control.
