EXTENSIÓN DE LA VIDA ÚTIL DE TAMIFLU® (oseltamivir phosphate)-Roche

De acuerdo a estudios de estabilidad realizados por F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd (Roche), la vida útil del producto TAMIFLU puede extenderse por 2 años para aquellos gobiernos que en teoría guardaron el producto en las condiciones indicadas por el fabricante (a temperaturas por debajo de 25º C).

Así, aquellas cápsulas compradas en 2004 y con fecha de vencimiento en 2009 podrían ser utilizadas hasta el 2011. El envejecimiento de las cápsulas puede mostrar signos de resecamiento u otras alteraciones físicas, lo cual no significa alteración de las especificaciones de calidad del producto.
