Information and communications technologies (ICTs) are a powerful tool for reducing gender inequities in health, said Pan American Health Organization Director Carissa F. Etienne at a conference on women’s autonomy in the digital economy and the information society. She urged to create partnerships that support and promote the use of ICTs to improve women’s health.
