Survey on Youth HIV Care

Trinidad and Tobago, 1st October, 2012.  The World Health Organization, headquarters and regional offices are developing international guidelines on health care for young people living with HIV. We believe it is very important that the voices of young people living with HIV be included in the development of these guidelines.

We have been approached to actively participate in all the preliminary activities related to this task. As part of this development, the WHO Guideline Review Committee encourages consultation with different stakeholders, including end-users of interventions.

To facilitate the inclusion of the voices of young people living with HIV (10-24 years old) from the Latin American and Caribbean (LAC) region, one of the activities is an anonymous online survey that will focus on the health care of this group. The survey is now online in Spanish, English and French. Please use your different contacts and networks to send this information to all health provider, health facilities, youth organizations and representations from the LAC region. Thank you for your collaboration.
