Geneva, 20 May 2016 (PAHO/WHO) — Member countries of the Pan American Health Organization/World Health Organization (PAHO/WHO) have organized a series of side events on key global health issues during the sidelines of the 69th World Health Assembly, which is being held on May 23-28 at the United Nations Palais in Geneva, Switzerland. The side events cover subjects including HIV/AIDS, dengue, childhood obesity, noncommunicable diseases, physical activity, aging, cancer, universal health and the Sustainable Development Goals.
