Information on COVID-19 for authors and readers

We are going through an unprecedented public health situation, and more than ever it is important to be informed, to follow public health authorities’ recommendations, to be prepared, and to stay calm. The Journal is operating normally and has a business continuity plan in place. However, scientific publication is a teamwork and authors, peer-reviewers, editors, typesetters, librarians and others in different locations might experience disruptions in their daily activities, and delays might occur.

As part of the public health community, the journal is committed to contribute overcome the current epidemic. We encourage authors to submit manuscripts on COVID-19, even with preliminary data; these papers will be prioritized in order to promptly share valuable information.
