Federal District, Cujimalpa. A fuel tanker exploded near a hospital killing 7, injuring 22 children and 32 adults. The Cujimalpa Maternal and Child hospital underwent damages in 30% of the structure due to the explosion. Rains in Santa Catarina Pinula - Colonia El Cambray II, CONRED suggests that neighbors be relocated as the risk of structures collapsing is present. During last year there were structures that collapsed.  (m.: DIGITAL).

Storms update - Department of Chuquisaca, rains, hailstorms, and floods are affecting the population in the communities of Santa Rosa, Las Casas and Las Cañas, in the Azurduy province. (o.s.: ABI).

Terremoto en Haití - Enero 2010

El 12 de enero de 2010 un poderoso terremoto de 7,0 grados devastó a Haití, causando la muerte de cientos de miles de personas, daños catastróficos a edificios, y sufrimiento humano inimaginable. El Gobierno de Haití estima que 220.000 personas perdieron la vida y más de 300.000 personas resultaron heridas. El terremoto afectó gravemente la infraestructura de Haití; edificios clave, tales como el Palacio Presidencial, el Parlamento, el Ministerio de Salud, y otros ministerios del gobierno fueron destruidos. Ocho hospitales fueron destruidos totalmente, y otros 22, en las tres regiones más afectadas por el terremoto (Ouest, Nippes, Sud-Est), sufrieron graves daños.
