Programme stratégique visant à intégrer la santé dans la gestion de la qualité de l’air; 2018D’après l’Organisation mondiale de la Santé (OMS), en 2016 seulement, quelque 249 000 décès prématurés étaient attribuables à la pollution de l’air extérieur, et 83 000 autres décès prématurés étaient attribuables à l’utilisation de combustibles solides comme source d’énergie domestique (pollution de l’air à l’intérieur des habitations) dans la Région des Amériques.
