This WHO document on the Health Guidelines for Vegetation Fire Events is the outcome of the WHO-UNEP-WMO expert task force meeting held in Lima, Perú, in October 1998. This Guideline document is accompanied by a document with the background papers presented and discussed at the meeting and used for the preparation of these guidelines.
