Highlights

• Although heavy rains have stopped, flooded rivers and rain continue to affect some localities.
• Amongst the most affected, are displaced populations, with several sites and temporary shelters
  flooded and with inadequateWaSH conditions.
• The General Directorate for Civil Protection (DGPC) has lowered the alert in the country to yellow in
  the Southern departments, and to green in the rest of the country, including the Ouest department.
