Ecuador
On 4 March 2021, the Ecuador Integrated Security Service (ECU 911), reported heavy rain and landslides affecting several sectors in San Miguel de Ibarra City, Ecuador. In addition, media reported 96 families in the Province of Manabí were affected due floods and 5 communities in Esmeraldas Province are in a state of  emergency. Peru 
On 4 March 2021, the National Emergency Operation Center (COEN) reported recent heavy rain in several districts of the Morropon, Piura, and Huancabamba provinces in Piura Department, Peru. Heavy rain affected 347 families and homes, and 35 people were injured. In addition, 3 healthcare facilities were affected and 35 homes were completely destroyed due to heavy rain.
