Uruguay (Update)
On 12 November 2023, the Uruguay National Emergency System published information on the heavy rains occurring in Artigas, Paysandú, and Salto, Uruguay. As of 12 November, a total of 3,343 people have been displaced from their homes (170 increase since the 9 November report), 264 were evacuated, and 3,079 self-evacuated (144 increase).
