Uruguay (Update)
On 14 November 2023, the Uruguay National Emergency System published information on the heavy rains occurring in Artigas, Paysandú, and Salto, Uruguay. As of 14 November, a total of 3,412 people have been displaced from their homes (69 increase since the 12 November report), 318 were evacuated (54 increase), and 3,094 self-evacuated (15 increase).
