Ecuador (Update)
On 21 April 2024, the Ecuador Risk Management Secretariat published an update on the heavy rains affecting the country since 29 January 2024. There have been 168,470 people affected (1,623 increase since the 9 April report), 3,006 people have been directly impacted (45 increase), 39,047 homes were affected (714 increase), and 268 homes were destroyed (34 increase).
