Uruguay (Update)
On 29 November 2023, the Uruguay National Emergency System published information on the heavy rains occurring in Artigas, Paysandú, and Salto, Uruguay. As of 29 November, a total of 3,472 people have been displaced from their homes (60 increase since the 14 November report), 255 were evacuated, and 3,217 self-evacuated (123 increase).
