To better support this initiative, PAHO/WHO recently donated to the Ministry of Health and Wellness telehealth equipment such as portable ultrasounds, electrographs, spot check monitors, and height and weight measuring equipment, that will contribute to the implementation of a telehealth pilot project in selected family islands. This equipment was facilitated by PAHO/WHO through the USA PLEDGE telehealth for Non-Communicable Diseases Initiative.
