Pune, India - International Diploma in Mental Health, Human Rights and Law 2018-2019

The Indian Law Society is pleased to announce admissions for the eleventh batch of the International Diploma in Mental Health, Human Rights and Law for the academic year 2018-19.

The Diploma, launched in October 2008, is a result of collaboration between the World Health Organization (WHO), Geneva, and the Indian Law Society (ILS) Pune, India. The course builds the capacity of students to advocate for human rights and to influence in the design and reform of mental health legislation, in line with the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and other key international human rights standards.

It is a one year Diploma and includes two residential sessions and distance learning. This year's course will commence on 10th October and the first residential session starts on 22nd October.
