In April 2023, the Strategic Fund for Public Health Supplies and the Revolving Fund for Access to Vaccines were merged into the new Regional Revolving Funds program, creating opportunities for synergy and the potential integration and optimization of processes.

The PAHO Regional Revolving Funds are the mechanism that supports countries in accessing health technologies. Through pooled purchasing by 33 countries and 9 territories in the Americas, better conditions and greater availability of health supplies are obtained. This document outlines the 2024 milestones for this mechanism.
