Guidelines for the management of severe dengue in intensive care units

This publication represents a milestone in regional response, providing practical, evidence-based guidelines to improve the care of the most critical patients. The Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development and Evaluation (GRADE) methodology was followed to ensure that each recommendation is supported by the best available scientific evidence and adapted to the diverse clinical contexts of the Region of the Americas.
