PAHO Forward Plan of Action 3.0: An Organization-wide approach to strengthening efficiency, transparency, and accountability

PAHO Forward is a results-based, Organization-wide initiative to systematically innovate and modernize management practices to increase efficiency, transparency, and accountability internally and externally. The PAHO Forward Plan of Action 3.0 operationalizes the PAHO Forward framework grouping the different actions and expected results according to their contribution to strengthening efficiency, providing greater transparency or ensuring adequate accountability in the Pan American Sanitary Bureau (PASB). This report describes the main components of the updated plan, and outlines the full list of actions and expected results that have been prioritized by PAHO Forward Governance for the period September 2025 to August 2026. It also includes the annual report on the second year of PAHO Forward implementation.
