Situation Report No 15 - Dengue Epidemiological Situation in the Region of the Americas - Epidemiological Week 15, 2024

Between epidemiological weeks (EW) 1 and 15 of 2024, a total of 6,186,805 suspected cases of dengue were reported, resulting in a cumulative incidence of 656 per 100,000 population. This figure represents an increase of 254% compared to the same period in 2023 and 458% compared to the average of the last 5 years. Figure 1 shows the trend of suspected dengue cases as of EW 15.
