Position: National Consultant - Development of Integrated Prevention and Control of Noncommunicable Diseases in Guyana: Strategic Plan 2021-2030

An opportunity exists for a short-term National Consultant to develop the Integrated Prevention and Control of Noncommunicable Diseases in Guyana: Strategic Plan 2021-2030. This consultancy is supported by the Pan American Health Organization/World Health Organization (PAHO/WHO) Guyana.
The candidate must have a university degree in a health-related profession and a master’s degree in public health or related field from a recognized institution; have extensive experience in analyzing public health policies and development of strategic plans, preferably related to NCDs and their risk factors; be fluent in English; and have previous working experience in strategic planning and development of public health policy in Guyana and the Caribbean region in the area of NCDs and their risk factors.
