Background

As world leaders gather for UNGA80 and the 4th High-Level Meeting on NCDs and Mental Health, this side event will underscore how Primary Health Care (PHC) can transform care for people living with non-communicable diseases (NCDs)—reducing economic burdens while improving health and well-being.

The event will convene ministers of health, global leaders, and strategic partners to showcase successful initiatives and strategies that strengthen the prevention, care, and management of NCDs through PHC.
