On 30 July 2020, the Civil Protection of Jalisco State, Mexico, reported heavy rain affected Colonia San José del Quince, El Salto Municipality. In addition, media reported 400 homes were affected due to floods in Tlaquepaque, Tonalá, and El Salto cities, Jalisco. Tropical Storm Isaias 
Bahamas, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico

On 30 July 2020, the United States National Hurricane Center (NOAA) reported that Tropical Storm Isaias caused heavy rain and heavy winds in parts of the Dominican Republic. A tropical storm watch is in effect for northwestern Bahamas including Andros Island, New Providence, Eleuthera, Abacos Islands, Berry Islands, Grand Bahamas Island, and Bimini. Heavy rains associated with Isaias may affect South Florida Saturday morning. According to media reports, in Puerto Rico, half a million of people lost electrical power due to tropical storm Isaias. On 30 July 2020, media reported heavy rain and an overflow of the Tucani river in San Jose de Heras, Sucre Municipality, Zulia State, Venezuela where 250 homes were affected and left 300 families isolated. In addition, there is a shortage of food and potable water in San José community and people are in need of medical assistance due to the presence of snakes and insect plagues caused by floods.
