Colombia
On 22 March 2021, the Colombia National Unit for Disaster Risk Management (UNGRD) reported heavy rain and an overflow of the Desmontadora creek in Dabeiba Municipality, Antioquia Department, Colombia. The Mayor of Dabeiba indicated that 185 families and homes were affected as well as 52 business and 10 vehicles. The most affected areas were: La Playita, Puente Tierra, Carrera Uribe Uribe, Carrera Murillo Toro, and Plaza de Mercado. The reports are available in Spanish at: UNGRD and UNGRD twitter.
 
Ecuador
On 21 March 2021, the Ecuador National Risk and Emergency Management Service (SNGRE) reported heavy rain in Nangaritza Canton, Zamora Chinchipe Province and in the areas of Morona, Palora, and Huamboya of the Morona Santiago Province. In Nangaritza Canton, 250 homes an several families were affected. The report is available in Spanish at: SNGRE.
 
Guatemala (Update)
On 18 March 2021, the National Coordinator for the Reduction of Disasters (CONRED), provided an updated report on low temperatures affecting several areas of Guatemala. A total of 7,500 people (an increase of 1,155 people since the last update on 26 February) were housed in 7 shelters in the departments of Guatemala, Quiché, Sololá, Totonicapán, and Quetzaltenango. Peru
On 21 March 2021, the National Emergency Operation Center (COEN) reported heavy rain over the weekend affecting several areas in Yurimaguas District, Alto Amazonas Province, Loreto Department, Peru. To date, 306 persons and 69 homes were affected, 248 people suffered injuries, and 75 homes were completely destroyed. The report is available in Spanish at: INDECI.
