On 14 December 2022, the United States Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), provided information on the severe weather in the United States of America. To date, 17 tornados were reported in: Texas (4), Louisiana (5), Mississippi (7), and Oklahoma (1). There were 2 deaths were reported in Louisiana. The report is available at: FEMA

 

Colombia (update)

On 13 December 2022, the National Unit for Disaster Risk Management (UNGRD per its acronym in Spanish) provided an update regarding the rainy season, caused by the influence of the La Niña phenomenon throughout the Departments Norte de Santander, Antioquia, and Caquetá. In the municipality of Cocorná, Antioquia department, 27 families were affected and 27 homes were damaged. In the municipality of Betania there were 9 roads affected. The report is available at: UNGRD
