On 12 April 2024, the United States Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) published information on the heavy rains affecting several states. In the state of Pennsylvania, people were evacuated in Allegheny County due to the creek overflowing, while in Shenango city, challenges were reported in being able to evacuate people from Kerr's Mobile Home Park. Road closures were also reported in the state of Pennsylvania. According to the United States Power Outage Report, the states of Michigan (n=78,189), Georgia (n=21,540), Louisiana (n=15,305), Virginia (n=10,428), and New York (10,418) reported people without power.
