The Pan American Health Organization/World Health Organization (PAHO/WHO) is seeking applications from suitably qualified persons for a consultancy to review and update the alignment of The National Public Health Laboratory (NPHL) and The National Blood Transfusion Service (NBTS) with core public health functions.
This initiative requires a thorough process review of business processes, updates to the NPHL’s organizational structure and other business processes, with the goal of aligning NPHL and NBTS functions with international standards and transforming the NPHL into a National Reference Laboratory. PAHO is seeking a national or international contractor to assist with this process.
