What are the data sources used for these country profiles?
PAHO is using a combined approach to data collection, based on data submitted by countries in the Americas on weekly basis or collected through official websites. In the future, data will include information reported by countries through the joint PAHO-WHO/UNICEF electronic Joint Immunization Data Reporting Form (eJRF).
How often is the information updated?
The dashboard is updated twice a week every Wednesday and Friday.

This data is important because it helps paint a detailed picture of COVID-19 vaccine coverage in each country of the Americas. Countries can then use this data to help them inform COVID-19 vaccine activities and actions to reach everyone, everywhere.
