An opportunity for a short-term International Consultant exits at Pan American Health Organization/World Health Organization (PAHO/WHO) Guyana Country Office. The successful candidate would formalize the development of the HPV strategy and Plan of Action. This programme is in collaboration with the Expanded Programme on Immunization and all other relevant departments in the Ministry of Health.
Experience:
• Masters in Public Health or any related social services field.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the field of health at the international level in the area of vaccination and planning of strategies.
• Sound understanding of experiences with assessment and methodologies.
• Experience with facilitation of groups, i.e. group interviews.
• A good relationship with the Ministry of Health, Non-Governmental Organizations, and other United Nations Agencies would be an advantage.
