The “Agreement for Action: 15 Key Recommendations to Eliminate Syphilis and Congenital Syphilis in the Americas” presents a unified set of priorities developed during the regional syphilis meeting held in São Paulo, Brazil, from July 1–3, 2025. 

This landmark meeting brought together representatives from 23 countries across the Americas, including stakeholders from national health programs, civil society organizations, academic institutions, and regional and international public health agencies.
