Regional Situation: Influenza-like illness (ILI) and severe acute respiratory infection (SARI) activity has increased significantly in North America, driven by the circulation of RSV and influenza. In contrast, a general downward trend has been observed in the other subregions. Influenza activity has risen in North America and the Caribbean, reaching epidemic levels. RSV activity remains high and continues to increase in North America, while in the Caribbean, it has started to decline. Finally, SARS-CoV-2 activity continues to decrease across most subregions, except in Brazil, the Southern Cone, and the Andean subregion, where an upward trend has been reported.
