Second call for proposals for the adaptation of health actions to groups and territories in situations of vulnerability

PAHO launches a call for proposals to adapt health actions to groups and territories in situations of vulnerability.   The call is aimed at the following objectives: ​​​​​​

1.    Systematize the experience, learning and examples of good practices generated in the first call for implementing the "Guidance for implementing non pharmacological public health measures in populations in situations of vulnerability in the context of COVID-19".

       1.1   Systematization of initiatives developed within the framework of the call for implementing the Guide in the area of Communication (Available in Spanish, English, and Portuguese).  Reception closing date: August 15, 2022.

       1.2   Systematization of initiatives developed within the framework of the call for implementing the Guide in the area of Training (Available in Spanish, English, and Portuguese).  Reception closing date: August 15, 2022.

       1.3   Systematization of initiatives developed within the framework of the call for implementing the Guide in the area of Adaptation / validation / systematization / evaluation (Available in Spanish, English, and Portuguese).  Reception closing date: August 15, 2022.

      DATE EXTENSION    1.4   Examples of good practices developed in the context of the initiatives for implementing the Guide (Available in Spanish, English, Portuguese and French).  Reception closing date: August 31, 2022. 

 

2.   Expand knowledge regarding good practices for adapting health actions in territories and groups in situations of vulnerability in emergency and non-emergency contexts in the Americas region.

       2.1   Mapping of good practices for the adaptation of public health actions in groups and/or territories in situations of vulnerability in emergency and non-emergency contexts. The information to participate is available in the following link.  (Available in Spanish and Portuguese).  Reception closing date: August 15, 2022.  

The selected proposals will receive financial support for their implementation.
