According to the statutes of the PANDRH Network, its members are the regulatory authorities of the countries that are part of PAHO.
Participants include representatives of regional regulatory initiatives and structures, as well as associations of manufacturers of medicines and other health technologies in the Region, in addition to the Latin American Federation of the Pharmaceutical Industry (FIFARMA) and the Latin American Association of Pharmaceutical Industries (ALIFAR), which participate as founding members.
The Network may include observers from civil society, academia, professional associations, and scientific institutions, provided that their areas of work are related to the regulation of medicines and health technologies and that they are previously registered with the Secretariat.
Recognized experts, regulatory authorities from outside the Region, and representatives of international organizations involved in regulatory harmonization and convergence may also participate. Their participation is by invitation of the Secretariat and approval of the Executive Committee or the corresponding coordinating authority, and ends once the specific topic to which they contribute has been completed.
