The Pan American Health Organization/World Health Organization (PAHO/WHO) is seeking applications from suitably qualified persons for a consultancy to conduct a scale-up analysis for medical oxygen in Jamaica.
The main objectives of the consultancy are to conduct an analysis of medical oxygen needs within the public health sector for routine usage and pandemic preparedness, and to provide recommendations to scale up oxygen supply, storage, and delivery.
