PAHO's Regional Program on Bioethics has developed the course "Public Health Ethics", as part of the technical cooperation to Puerto Rico.


As part of European Union CARIFORUM Climate Change and Health project, the University of the West Indies Climate Change and Health Leaders Fellowship has officially opened applications for the next cohort.

Human T-cell lymphotropic virus (HTLV) infection affects vulnerable population groups including key population groups, people living in poverty in areas of very low HDI, and epidemiologically semi-closed population groups such as indigenous peoples.
