The Program Budget of the Pan American Health Organization 2026–2027 (PB26–27) marks the first budget cycle aligned with the Strategic Plan of the Pan American Health Organization 2026–2031 (SP26–31 or the Strategic Plan). This alignment reflects a renewed commitment to advancing attainment to the highest level of health for all, building resilient health systems, and promoting sustainable development throughout the Region of the Americas. The PB26–27 translates this vision into action through a results-based framework that incorporates lessons learned from the COVID-19 pandemic, addresses enduring health disparities, and responds to emerging health challenges.
