Situation Report No.10: Earthquakes in Venezuela 2026 (M7.2 and M7.5)

Just over two months after the two earthquakes that struck Venezuela on 24 June 2026, the response has transitioned into early recovery while sustaining essential emergency operations. Current efforts are focused on ensuring continuity of care across mental health, maternal, perinatal and NCD services and rehabilitation, restoring affected facilities, supporting transitional camps, and strengthening Health Cluster coordination as emergency teams and larger international partners withdraw, while ensuring a continuous, needs-based supply of medicines and essential equipment.
