Childhood Cancer Country Profiles Series - 2021

Childhood Cancer Country Profiles Series - 2021

Childhood cancer is a leading cause of death for children and adolescents in the Americas region. These country profiles provide a synthesis of the burden of childhood cancer and health system capacity for countries, as well as for the region and sub-regions. These profiles establish a baseline and support monitoring trends toward the achievement of the key indicators of the Global Initiative for Childhood Cancer.  The Profiles can be accessed as PDF documents in the tabs in this section. The data presented in the Profiles are derived from several sources. For details on these please see the Explanatory Notes.
