What if evaluation synthesis didn't have to be so time-consuming and actually made evidence easier to use?

Join us on June 4th, 2026, at 11:00 AM (Washington, D.C./EDT) for a #Glocal26 event in collaboration with the Global Evaluation Initiative of the World Bank. This virtual session will explore how artificial intelligence can support evaluation work in an impactful way, while maintaining your evaluative perspective.

In this live workshop, Thiago Augusto Hernandes Rocha from The Evidence and Intelligence for Action in Health Department (EIH) and PAHO’s Evaluation Team will demonstrate how AI-powered tools can help evaluators synthesize information and generate insights from large volumes of information. Evaluation often requires reviewing and connecting findings across reports, assessments, and other sources of evidence—a process that can be time-consuming and challenging when navigating extensive documentation.

Using the AI platform Flowise, participants will learn how a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) system can help bring together information from multiple documents into one place, making it easier to compare and synthesize evidence. The session will highlight how AI can help identify key findings and improve evidence synthesis without compromising the quality of your analysis.

No prior programming experience is required, and participants will leave with practical knowledge that can be applied to strengthen evaluation processes for their future work.

Languages: Please note that this event will be conducted in Spanish.
