PAHO's Regional Program on Bioethics invites you to participate in a series of regional dialogues on research ethics in the pandemic. The second dialogue will focus on REC procedures and will include the central REC from Costa Rica's Social Security System, the REC of University of West Indies - Cave Hill and Barbados Ministry of Health and Wellness, Guatemala's National Ethics in Health Committee, and Peru's national transitory REC for COVID-19 trials.
